positive tale

Shortly before I left on vacation, last week, I had a colonoscopy, during which the doctor found two polyps, which were negative for cancer. (Yeah!) However, the prep for this exam, though familiar to all of us, is less than nice. So now I'm working hard to get things back to what passes as normal for me. Which means colon blockages plus diarrhea. On vacation. With extended family. On our way back after an outing, I had a major bowel release. However, the diaper, plastic pants, and Devrom all worked well. Nobody even guessed that I needed to wash and change, ASAP. Which I did almost immediately. Lessons learned: wear good protection at all times; trust it, and get on with life. The next time I may not be so successful, but I do intend to enjoy this success.

Thank you for posting this success!
There are so many ups and downs and it is nice to hear some “wins”.

Good for You. And yes the Devrom certainly helps. As does nullo.
