Hey!

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas, but reading this forum I know not everyone has. Justej, my thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery are with you. Things have stabilized in terms of my waist size and what not. I actually regained a few quarter inches or half inches on my waist since I measured last, so I thought i would try a bag of Better Dry large to see if they can actually be useful. I was pleasantly surprised to find they fit, albeit slightly differently than they did when I was a 47 waist. That threw me off and made me panic. I did not have time to find a way to make the Larges fit differently, I needed an option that I could use NOW, since we were in July, the busiest time of year for Meijer, in some ways even busier than Christmas. I sampled and settled on for the time being Forsite AM:PM briefs available at Northshore care. They cost an arm and 2 legs but I am glad to have on a decent fitting diaper that I know I can rely on to protect me. The absorbency is top notch, and is comporable to a Northshore Megamax. Come to think of it, the chassis/structure/pattern looks very similar to a MegaMax. I thought diapers were patented?? So why do different brands remind me of each other in terms of material, cut and taping systems?? I suppose there are some elements of diaper production that are universal. Perhaps its the same thing with whiskey.. to the untrained pallete all whiskey tastes similar. I'm sure there are subtle differences; one may have the basic same structure but have varying degrees of SAP vs wood fluff, etc.

Anyway, take care in the new year! Hope its a happy one for everyone.

Peace out!

Rob
