Welp, I can safely say my days of having perfect or even near perfect bladder control, or even some semblance of bladder control are OVER. I am making it to the toilet less and less, to the point of not even trying anymore. I wore a Babykins DPF thick cloth diaper to work. I had a few fairly large floods in it, and when i checked the conditon, it was right ready to be changed.. there was urine starting to drip onto the diaper cover. The funny thing is, I didn't notice how wet it was until I put the diaper back on after using the toielt to poop. The dependeco diaper did fairly well, but I think I underestimated how much my bladder was going to put out. Urine was again present in minute amounts in the diaper cover. I think I need to double diaper from now on.. or at least wear a step up insert. I havent had to do that for a VERY long time. I am out of disposables I would trust at work, so I have to stick to cloth for now. I am just tryign to stay level headed even as my bladder goes NUTS. Its hard to mentally deal with that my bladder is like a time bomb. I can go completly normal for days, weeks months.. and then I piss myself like im 6 months old. :( There's no rhyme or reason, the only thing I can think of is hydration levels or caffeine intake. It just sucks that I cant pin down what causes me to wet and prepare for it. I do think I am constipated.

And to add insult to injury, I can no longer go diaperless around my apartment. I just peed on my kitchen floor. My bladder is having those spasms again that make me release, and it is ANNOYING. I used to be able to go long periods of time without protection on and air out with a very small chance of getting the surroundings wet with pee from an episode.

I think its partially due to the weather. I sweat more in the summer and thus I have less urine to excrete involuntarily and stay drier.

Anyway, time for my wife and I to get up and conquer our day. Things are going to get better.. eventually :) Gotta stay positive.. and well padded ;)

Peace out!

Rob

I regret reading of your difficulty; however frustrating, it is common among us. Going unprotected will always be a gamble: sometimes we win; other times we lose. Wearing protection, even during dry periods, is never a waste. Although wearing washables adds to your laundry, it saves your dignity, and reduces stress on landfills. Good luck and keep us informed.
