she is 14 years old, but still wetting. She has frequent nighttime incontinence and has already started her menstruation too, but there is irregular bleeding. of course, she needs to go to school every day, so she has problems not only at night but also during the day. does anybody give us tips to deal with this problems?

Teaching her to care for herself might include purchasing an array of different juvenile/adolescent incontinence supplies to see which brands work best for her. As she matures, this will change, making flexibility necessary. Good luck and report back when yu can.

Seeing a doctor would also be a very good idea to rule out any neurological causes.
