Hi, I am an exercise science major; therefore, I have to wear workout clothes to all classes as we have to be active. I’m not a huge fan of wearing sweatpants or joggers to these classes as if we have to move, I feel leggings give more range of motion. for protection I wear either Tena super briefs or tranquility all throughout the night for day time protection. I was wondering what people suggest about being in public in leggings and heavy-duty diapers |

I would suggest that you wear clothing that is appropriate to your activity, that is dark and blends well with the clothing your classmates wear. I work to avoid calling attention to myself; I choose a spot in the middle or back, with easy access to an exit. Good luck, and report back when you can. This is a topic we all must face eventually. |

Hi Natalie21 Skort’s are great at hiding a diaper when carrying out exercises. You can also purchase skort’s with various lengths of leggings the skirt part is wonderful for modesty! If you type Skort Leggings into any search engine plenty of choice! Hope this helps. Greenbank |
