WOW! What I would give for accessible toilets like that in the US. Hell those bathrooms are bigger than my apartment bathroom! Y'all are seriously lucky.

Very nice! I hope the general public doesn't spoil the resource by vandalism. If that happens they'll be under lock and key and then it's back to the same basic problem.

Yes, that's what concerns me about these facilities; building them is easier than keeping them in working condition whether they get vandalised or just break down. The hoist in particular. I know a lot of disabled people who are elated at having one installed nearby because it means not having to change on the floor, wear a nappy they don't need (they are toilets, not just adult changing rooms) or have catheters installed that aren't medically necessary. But maintenance will be an ongoing cost.
