It would seem im already recieving the most absorbent brief J & B medical has to offer. It is quite absorbent indeed. My only complaint is the tapes.

Well, i bought tena pullups. I thought id give them a fair trial, given my recent frustrations with briefs. fit seems ok, takes some getting used to after wearing briefs for so long. I probaly wont wear them in public. But, maybe around home theyd be ok. Keep you all updated!

well, im looking at the tena pullup, and the first thing i notice is that the crotch fits like an undergarment..quite narrow. there are gaps between the crotch and my skin. I really do thing pullups are desigend for women. For us men, the penis and testicles create a bulge in the crotch that pushes out the product and leaves gaps. Women dont have any external structures to worry about.

I've had that opinion for some time as well... the crotch of adult-sized pullups is just too narrow to provide proper protection for men.

I just dont know if i can manage with pullups, some of today's episodes seemed quite large. I didnt look to see how much i was leaking, but, it felt like a lot.
