it seems that spontaneous urgent wetting in large amounts seems to be triggered by drinking water. This could explain why i have developed a habit of not drinking water. I dont know if its been like this my entire life, but ive realized ive had accidents in one form or another most of my life, or at least a good portion of it. Whether its gotten worse over the period of the past year, or whether my body has simply gottten used to wearing padding and is wetting

Very interesting...

First off, I wouldn't go around avoiding water. Proper hydration is very important to bodily health... also the more water there is in your urine the less likely you are to get a rash. So drink those fluids, even if it makes you wet more.

Secondly, glad to hear that you are feeling a bit better about yourself. A little time and a little support from friends, be they strangers or otherwise, can go a long way towards making you feel more confident.

What was that saying I heard... "Time is the greatest teacher of all, unfortunately it kills all its pupils."
