Well, I saw a doc for the bowel incontience.. and he did an X-Ray to see if htere is hard stool in my bowel.. sure enough there is.. so he said im full of stool. So, its true..im full of crap.. literally. He said that on my left side i have a stool the size of a grapefruit :shock: no wonder ive had occasional pain in my side. He set me up with a cleaning out dose of miralax and dulcolax.. so im doing a FULL bowel cleansing tonight and daily doses of mirlax after so i have a bowel movement every day. Looks like tonight ill be spending a few hours close to a toilet.. either htan.. or slapping on a disposable if I have to go somewhere... but preferably all the poop will end up in the toilet.. but if it doesnt.. oh well.. diapers are made for number 2 as well.

That is similar to what happens to me when I'm on a liquid diet. If you can get some time with a pelvic floor physical therapist, you will be taught colon massage, which is useful when this happens. Keeping track of your GI system may need to become a priority for you, as it is for several of the rest of us. Good luck, and welcome to the FI group.

Not a group i want to be in AT ALL.. but thanks for the welcome just the same.. i should be fine after the cleansing.. hopefully i see somaction soon.. ive finished drinking the stuff.. and im hoping it wasnt too dilute (doc said 64 oz but the closest i could come up with was a gal)

Well done for drinking it! Some people vomit apparently! Glad you gave an answer at least. Hope you can get rid of the impaction and start going regularly again and that this helps your continence. I take 2 movicol a night most nights. Doesn't always work for me but does a good chunk of the time. I know my system works best when I go once a day.

but seriously i hope the medicine helps and you dont have any more problems.
