I had another bowel accident, this time at church :(. Thankfully no one was around. But i had to leave immediately and go home and clean up. I was wearing a pocket diaper, so that will take some more maintennence to deal with.. that will be fun..NOT.. This has happened enough times to warrant a doctor visit and a thourough examination and testing.. I don't think i want to go to work until i see a doctor.. because if ithis happens at school..i cant leave and that would be SO embarassing!

Peace out!

Rob

I'm sorry to hear that. Hope your Dr is helpful. Could you maybe use a liner in your pocket diapers?

Rob,

While I hope this will be nothing major, and that your doctor will be able to suggest something effective for you, brace yourself for some embarrassing exams. Keep us informed.

Oh Patrick, ill be fine. I'm sure it wont be as embarassing as pooping myself at church and having to go home, or leaking at shcool. Ill be fine :) Thanks for your concern though.

Peace out!

Rob

Rob,

I truly feel for you. I would have had a bowel accident while I was teaching an ESL class last week. What saved me was that I was testing a Peristeen anal plug at the time. That saved the day for me.

Hopefully your doc will come up with a good diagnosis and some options. Nonsurgical options include digital stimulation to prompt a bowel movement before you leave home, selective use of Imodium, preventive enemas, and anal plugs. While none of these may sound attractive to you, they can work for many people.

I took an enema.. hopefully that helps if it's constipation related. If not, not sure what else to do. Thankfully, i happen to have a case of ConfiDry, probably the best diaper for bowel incon because it has the best leak guards. I think ill stick to wearing them exclusively just in case until this gets sorted out. My regular disposables probably wouidnt do as well holding feces and my pocket diapers would be too much of a hassle to soak and clean.

At this point, im hesitant to leave the house :(
Peace out!

Rob
