These two videos make me angry. Here they are touting how much better the "liberty" is (more like a ball and chain if you need the leg bag!) so muc better than diapers. But they don't tell you that if you have large voids, youre gonna need a leg bag in addtion to their pouch.. and guess what? You can't wear shorts with a leg bag! Or at least you can without enveryone seeing it. It makes me angry how they attack diapers, when to my memory i have NEVER had a diaper leak on me at school, but mens liberty has leaked on me. I'm just so frustrated with how in order to get the 24 hour wear itme you have to have 3 applicaitons, that is 3 DAYS when you are'nt doing anything exccept lounguing around the house. Any new diaper you test out would take a MAX of a day, at least it does for me. After that, i know whether i can trust it or not. I wore the mens liberty in public succesfully, so i thought it would work. NOPE. I'm sorry if im repeating myself.. and those who said it doesnt work have every to tell me I told you so.. but hey, i had to try it.. just to say i did.

These people at liberty probably never heard of Abena, ConfiDry, Wellness, and Seni. They aren't well known unless you do some googling. Don't knock a diaper until you do thourough research. Can i get an AMEN?

Peace out!

Rob

I have had several urologists try to convince me to switch from diapers to external catheters. One even wrote an order that nurses instruct me on applying an external catheter properly. They did, and three hours later I had a memorable accident. 'Nuff said.

I use internal catheters 90% of the time now. For me it has been a great help in my management program. Im sure some people like the external catheters and Im glad there are option out there for us. If my only option were External catheters or diapers, I would choice diapers. Just my thoughts.
