Hey all,

So far, since ive been wearing tranquility ATN size large, they have NOT leaked on me even when i was laying down on my bed on my back. Not sure how they would perform if i had a wetting laying on my side, but these may prove to be what i need for at least at-home use if i can't find a medicaid covrered diaper in size large. Not sure if they would be my extended wear diaper of choice, because i have not yet tested their ultimate absorbency. If they can hold a morning deluge without leaking.. then I can probably trust them for extended wear.
