thanks everyone for all your help. this site is really helpful and maybe i haven't been expressing my appreciation enough. now i'm looking for liners to be used inside incontinence underwear. i thought i've seen previously but now i'm having trouble finding them. i think, but don't know, that if i were to have a liner that is about 5 or 6 inches wide by maybe about 12 long, it could be very helpful on my way to work. this would protect against my problems and make the underwear being lined last longer. but now, everything i find is only 3 and a half inches wide. that woudl not work. hoping someone can suggest something. i've been using papertowel which is hit or miss.

also, i see there the possibility of people becoming "friends" yet i have none and am very bad at getting any. hoping someone with similar issues might come along.

Gee,

The diaper liners of which I am aware are disposable liners intended for someone with bowel incontinence. They usually are worn with cloth diapers. When one has a messy diaper the liner with the mess can easily be removed from the cloth diaper. Is this what you were thinking of?

Most adults just use wipes designed for infants and place more than one in the diaper to get sufficient coverage. Insofar as I can determine, adult-sized disposable liners are not available in the U.S. There was a Canadian source (I forget which) that sold adult-sized liners by the roll. However, they were rather pricey, plus the cost of shipping.

8"x12", 100 for $6: http://www.clothdiaper.com/OsoCozy-Flus ... AtxO8P8HAQ

I was going to suggest a high quality paper towel before I read your post more closely. I can't personally vouch for the above linked products (haven't used them, just did a search), but they do appear to be the size you want even though they aren't made for adults. The price is probably way better than an adult specific product would be.
