Spinning off of Geeks post so not to hijack it. I secure message my doc about the recent accidents and I guess I got the standard answer of stay away from spicy and fatty foods. If it continues she will refer me to the GI docs. As I messaged her back, I have ate these foods before with no issue less than a month ago as they are our favorite places to eat. I hope these are just isolated incidents and not that I am beginning to have more issues.

it could be the spices, I use to love hot sauce on my tacos now its mild sauce only or my stomach acts up and I endup running to the bathrom.

unfortunatly ans we age so e times out bodys can not longer handle foods that we loved a short time ago.

I recommend that you watch out for spicy foods. As we get older we can develop allergies to medicine or foods that we once tolerated. This is just part of the natural ageing process.

You could avoid the spicy food for a few weeks and then eat some and see what happens. If you then have problems you would know for sure.

Thanks RN and Robert. I still don't consider myself getting old as I am only 46, but willing to try it to see.
