so for many years, i have been quite active in animal advocate stuff. i am one of those annoying people who pass out information, go to protests, etc.
i havent done any activism since breaking my leg and becoming incontinent, so i decided to take a leap and go out last night to a protest. diapered and all.
i went out to dinner with 2 friends beforehand (who know of my problem) and afterward went to the protest. another of my friends brought me a chair to sit in for the protest since i cant stand and i sat and did video. everything went well. i had an accident but the diaper did its job and i dont think anyone noticed when i stood up.
it gave me great confidence to be able to go out and do the things i used to do without worry that i would have any issues.
