Wow Sandy!
Sounds like you can easliy open up your own business if you wanted to. It's great how you can help out your friends that way.
I don't think I've ever had the same diaper on for more than 6 hours. The padding on a diaper I wear that long starts to bunch up of breakdown.
Now I've worn a cloth diaper for 8 hours once. I was having a very light wetting day for some reason. I risk getting a diaper rash, though. I use a baby lotion rather than a diaper rash ointment since I don't want my plastic pants to degrade because of the oils. ......Paul Martin

Yes I know that sounds a little extreme but the first 8 or so hours was in bed. also I wasn't wetting real heavy during that time on a heavy day one of those will go 6-8 hours. They don't tend to bunch up and fall apart as easy as others. But yes if you take it easy on your fluid intake you should be able to go at least 8-10 hours or more. But I guess it would depend on the person. I wouldn't recommend a person do this if they are prone to diaper rash. These diapers are not the driest feeling diaper I've ever worn. But with that said there are far worse ones.

Tammy had jokingly said something about opening up a diaper store a few months ago. She said to call it Sandy's Diaper Connection  But you know I don't mind all the time I spend looking for the next great deal. Most day's I'm alone in the house and I've found the computer to be a great past time. Most of my time is spent on EBay and checking this board. Also I like to listen to the late Dr. Gene Scott and his wife Pastor Melissa Scott preaching and teaching on the Internet. I also watch them at midnight on the ion network.

Paul do you ever use J&J medicated corn starch Baby Powder? I swear by the stuff! I've used oils in the past and once in a great while use creams. But for me the J&J is the ticket.................. :) Sandy :)

I just checked EBay for the Abri forms or Abena the only ones that are on right now are smalls :? Most of the time you can find them on there. There is a fellow from around Chicago that sells them. But the one time I go looking for them he doesn't have them listed  His EBay handle is Huju316 he has about the best prices your going to find on them.

Sandy,
I do use Johnson & Johnson. I use the cornstarch or plain. I've used the medicated before, and didn't see much additional help keeping me from getting a diaper rash.
I powder at every change, but really load up at night time in my cloth diaper. My wife sometimes complains of the powder dust on some surfaces. I try to get the cloud down. I heavily depend on the diper rash creams during the day in my disposable, but it's always Johnson's baby lotion in my cloth diaper with the baby powder. My skin is not so prone to a rash, so this keeps it under control. A lot of people have a tough time keeping the rash under control. ......Paul Martin

My thoughts on the J&J Medicated is it works best if you use it all the time once in awhile really isn't going to do much................Sandy

Jane stopped over last night for awhile had a nice talk. Her husband seems to be staying away from her. Which the way things are going that maybe a good thing. Maybe it will give him time to think. She was saying that her middle child won't go to sleep without that Giant Bear in bed I gave to each of the kids :D Those bears have to be 4 foot tall at least Jane said yes they don't leave much room in bed for the kid

Talked to my Young freind as well she's doing well :) She wants to get together latter this week and asked if Jane could come . I told her I would see if I could get her to come :)................Sandy :)

Sandy
I think that would be a great ideal to all get together! It would give Jane some confidence in herself and some support. I hope her husband will think things over and get some sense in his head. Knowing what you've said in the past about him, I'll bet he'll have some smart alect remark if she goes out with you and your friend. Keep us up to date! ......Paul Martin

My young friend, Jane and I got together on Sunday went out to lunch Then went to my house and got a game of Sheeps head going. Jane had never played that before. I forgot how hard it is to teach someone that game :? any way after a few hours Jane got the hang of it and kicked our butts two times in a row   It was a good time

record breaking thread

You guys (Sandy and Paul) have such a facinating and record smashing thread going here!

16 pages and over 5000 views! Wow! Way to go!

I can't add anything to the excellent story that is ongoing. I am upset with Jane's husband and his pejorative remarks. He's a perfect example of how NOT to support your spouse when they are having incon problems.

Jane was over the other night her husband and her seem to be on the rocks yet. My husband tried to go and talk to him again. He seem to think that he made a little head way :?: I haven't heard anything yet but here's hoping. When Jane was over my Young friend and her mom came over we got a game of sheepshead going again (Janes idea) Darn if Jane didn't kick our butts again. That girl is nuts when it comes to cards. My husband said we should take her to a casino  We also played a little five card stud. she did ok at that to. I'll tell you if she would have had long sleeves on I'd been checking her out. My young friend said we should shake her down before we play next time  .....................Sandy :)
