Thanks everyone for the input. I am going to start with compression shorts and then look in to the Seni Quatro and PUL pants to reduce the noise...I'll definitely let everyone know what works for me. Thanks for the suggestions...
As far as being afraid others will hear, I agree with Rope...

DD,
I'm going to be straight with you. All the suggestions thus far have been great but the fact of the matter is, and I'm sure others will agree is no one will notice. To us it sounds like we have a plastic grocery bag wrapped around our hips but it is far worse and loud for the wearer then those around us. ...

This is life now and you can't live with this much fear all the time. It will be fine. No one will guess you have a diaper on. It would be the last thing that will cross their minds unless they have some back ground with diapers and in that case they won't out you anyways.
Be strong and let it go. You will be happier for it.

I am typically not too concerned with my chosen method of protection. Dealing with this is certainly not ideal at my age, but I try and make the best of the situation and protect myself as best I can. My question came from a place of never having experienced wearing diapers in this new setting. I know that most people will never guess I am wearing, but I'd still like to do everything I can to reduce the noise. I appreciate y'alls encouragement to just relax about it
