It seems to me that most adult diapers fit into two cut categories. Either the diaper is cut short and wide in the crotch or it is cut longer and narrow in the crotch. Back when I was a 47 inch waist, I had a lot of flab around my thigh area, and the diapers that were cut shorter and wider such as megamax cut into the inside of my legs. But there is such a thing as too narrow. Pullups are way too narrow in the crotch for me to trust. I am a tall dude, so I need a diaper that has a taller rise. Perhaps now that my thighs have melted a bit, perhaps MegaMax is worth anotehr shot. Diaper sizing is far from an exact science eh? Angel Fluff diaper company has the closest thing to the perfect custom diaper. You input your exact waist size, thigh size rise, height, gender and they make a pattern based on those measurments. It fit like a glove. But the downside is turnaround. I ordered a set of five in Mid july and got them in mid october. Between now and then my waist fluctuated but not too much. As of now, they do fit, but are a bit snug.. but I can adjust the velcro tabs to get them to fit better. I'ts a more comfotable fit than someo f the other diapers in my inventory. If only that were an option with disposables eh?

So, what say you? Prefer wide or medium crotch diapers? Short or long?

Peace out!

Rob
