The indicator of an upcoming bad day for me is that, sometime during the night, I vomit the contents of my stomach up, which sometimes cuts my breathing off, or, more frequently, I awaken to the smell of slightly digested food on my pillow. When that happens, the next day will be difficult.

August is the monsoon season where I live. The whole "good day" phenomenon is pretty much inoperative when it starts to rain everyday. I am always slightly amazed when hot/dry weather improves symptoms, and equally amazed when wet/cold weather makes them worse. This has become really pronounced for me in the last two to three years.
