Yeah, it seems evident to me now more than ever that my bladder goes through "cycles", ranging from near complete loss to total perfect control. The past week it seems I have been on the dry side. Not completly dry though, i have had dribbles and spurts here and there. Not ready to start wearing undies just yet. Its odd.. I have not been doing any sort of pelvic therapy.. Maybe its some psychosomatic response to stress, and right now my stress level is lower? Maybe im retaining urine? maybe im deyhdrated? I don't know.. but i wont stop wearing protection in public until ive been dry for at least a few months. If I'm dry for a week ill start wearing undies at home.

Peace out!

Rob

One thing I've noticed. When I'm physically active for longer periods of time during the day my urgency drops considerably as well as the frequency. It seem like activity makes my bladder work a lot better.
