untamed bladder,

I know how you feel. On my vacation cruise next week I will completely exhaust my very precious remaining supply of plastic-backed Tena Slip Maxis. :(

So far I have not found an equivalent diaper with a plastic shell. I normally use ConfiDry Dry 24/7 and the Seni Quatro. Although the Seni Quatro is breathable, it stretches and sags much less than other breathables when wet. It has a capacity of 4 liters (128 oz.), which is commendable. It has an elastic waist both front and back, internal standing leak guards, and good tapes. There is no clumping or separation of the mat from the backing. I order mine from XP Medical and recommend both the diaper and XP Medical highly.

The problem is those are thicker diapers that are harder to hide.

The Tena slip I could wear under anything.

This is pissing me off badly. It bad enough I have to be stuck with a condition like this. I find a combo of protection that works and make me comfortable then the corporate bastards go and wreck it

I totally understand. The clothike disposable diapers have never worked for me either. For a still somewhat slim diaper that works really good I would recommend you try Northshore Supreme. The are a bit stiff, but still thin enough to start with. Be warned that if you wet them enough they will swell a lot though. However, in my experience, I have found that a thin diaper that has leaked is way more noticeable than a thick one that has done it's job. Plus, most people will never notice any ways so just use what you need to and don't worry about it.

Heads up, XP temporarily has some new 'old stock' of the plastic backed TSM. Size large only: http://www.xpmedical.com/clearance.html

Looks like XP has stopped carrying the TSM entirely. Anybody know why? I wouldn't mind trying the all-cloth backed version; I've heard decent reviews of those out of the U.K.
