This is one of the main reasons why I'm willing to spring for the Tena Slip Maxi's to use during work... they seem to control the smell better than anything else I've tried. I'm much more self-conscious about odor and wearing something slim while at work than during any other time. I like the new Wellness Superio's a lot but if I'm honest, they just don't cover the smell as well as the Tena's do. I tend to use the Superio's for going to the gym (where everyone smells

), wearing in the evenings and on the weekends.

CJ,
You and I have come to the same solution! Since my original posting I now am wearing either Tena Slip Maxi's or Molicare Super Plus daily as my regular diapers and the Wellness Supio Signature for exercise. The Tenas are great for conceal ability when wearing dress clothing. When out of the house I always wear a pair PUL pants to catch leaks and reduce the odor a little. True plastic pants, which are not breathable, will do a better job at odor containment, but will be slightly warmer.
Re odor, when I am only bowel incontinent I may wear the same diaper for 12 to 14 hours if I do not have a fecal accident. Even without the presence of urine, some substantial odor can build up in the diaper as it becomes damp from perspiration alone. A plastic-backed diaper and a hot day probably encourage a lot of bacteria to grow. During hot weather when I am active, I sometimes have to change after about 6 to 7 hours because I can detect the buildup of some odor. It does vary from one brand of diaper to the next.
