Liberator medical dropping the ball

Well, my package of external catheters arrived today. With great anticipation in giving Men's liberty a thoughough and extended tryout this weekend I open the box to find....a box of regular condom catheters! The brand is Spirit by Bard, not that it matters.. NOT what i ordered! I called Liberator and they said theyd rectify it.. and are having me return the box.. the silver lining in this situation is that i got to at least try and consider the conventional condom catheter.. the result? Removed from consideration due to being too difficult to cath with the condom catheter in place. I need to be able to cath easily.. period. I will report back when i get the right stuff.

My urologist suggested I had too active a lifestyle for the condom catheters. Not sure it is true, but the diapers are working for me so...

He might be right. I had the same problem of being to active and moving around too much, which of course makes them come unstuck too often.
