Mentally and physically?

Ok.... This maybe a bit graphic...
so normally I am able to poop in the toilet on time- get the urge, can hold it for a bit as i maneuver my plastic pants and diaper out of the way
and land on the toilet seat. But today- oh today- my stomach and insides decided to go for a little joy ride without me.
After I had my morning cup of water and get ready for morning coffee- and was just stretching for a yawn, felt this sudden cramp in my gut
And I believed I could make it to good ol toilet that was only maybe 15 feet away..... But OH WAS I WRONG!
My guts just opened up- and i knew then that i will not make it and felt all last nights and yesterday's meal come pouring out into my diaper
Afterwards when I went upstairs to clean it up, I noticed my Northshorecare supreme had leaked poop out the side leg hole into my PUL Leakmaster plastic pants....
How do i clean up poop stain from PUL pants? What do I have to do?
IT was kinda runny type of poop- and I got most of the stuff out into the toilet or tub drainage-
I rinsed it and soaked it in hot water with Vineagar and soap- normally that takes care of most things (and i have never had such massive pooplosion- though I suspected that I would at least eventually have one.... my bad). I added a bit of regular laundry detergent in there....
But I can still see the yellowish/brownish poop stain near the legging
How can i get it out? Tips Tricks anyone?
Also as an aside, It would be absolutely fabulous if we could have a section/subsection on here dedicated to cleaning tips, tricks & techniques.

Re poop stains in PUL pants, that is a problem for many of us.

Rinse the pants thoroughly and hand wash immediately if possible with warm water and mild soap. I use Dr. Bronners' Castile soap but any very mild soap should be fine. Even with washing soon after an accident, you may not be able to remove all stains. Although I prefer to hand wash my PUL pants, as it seems to make them last longer, if stains persist put them in the washer on the delicate fabric cycle.

Update on the results of my poop stain removal.
So... after I made the initial post, I let my pants soak in some water with vinegar, soap, and some laundry detergent.
I scrubbed using my hands and soft sponge somewhat vigorously for about 4-5 minutes.
I then threw on another PUL pants and went to work. After work I came home and then rinsed my pants again in cold water
and scrubbed it for several more minutes.
And I saw the poop stain had practically virtually come out! SWEET! There is only a tidbit of a teeny tiny yellowish mark around the legging
practically invisible
