We just survived another AZ summer. When I needed extra security with a disposable (Tranquility pull-up) in case I might push it to its limit because errands took longer than expected, I used a PUL pant from driwear.com as they are designed slimmer for disposables. Around home I went to cloth and Leakmaster PUL pants. Early on in my adventure I had used vinyl pants and too much washing will remove the plasticizer and make them stiff. The PUL are to me noticeably less uncomfortable in summer. Also care / washing is much easier. The fabric can even stand warm washing with detergent and a low dose of Oxyclean if the tape covering around the leg holes gets stained.
