My goal is to eliminate the need for a bowel movement on the day of an outdoor event, particularly when wearing a tabbed brief or just to avoid the toilet facilities. The only real experience I have had is a nurse inserted suppository at the hospital a couple of times.
With the metformin I take, I'll have days with diarrhea, others with nothing at all or sometimes regular stools. I've been using metformin a long time. |

In my limited experience, enemas that clean the bowel as much as possible are the most reliable method of dealing with the threat of an accident for several hours. However, afterwards, I still leak water, which, however odorless, nevertheless does make reliable, high-quality protection necessary. God luck. |
