Yep, they exist. Swimmates are the disposables that I use. They aren't perfect but I have found they don't swell in the water and they have saved me on more than one occasion. |

I wonder if a pair of wetsuit shorts would work for your purpose? I don't have any experience with them but I have seen them on the web for as little as $25 so it may be worth giving them a try. They are certainly made from waterproof material but aren't designed to keep you dry inside (hence the name) but since they are pretty tight they may just work. |

Mostly I'd be concerned with having a noticeable accident while not in the pool, or having a diaper that gets soaked, puffs up, and gets destroyed. I can only imagine how that would go. Hence my current reason for avoiding water like a house cat. |

I find they fit large so I would go with the smaller size. |
