Yep, they exist. Swimmates are the disposables that I use. They aren't perfect but I have found they don't swell in the water and they have saved me on more than one occasion.

I wonder if a pair of wetsuit shorts would work for your purpose? I don't have any experience with them but I have seen them on the web for as little as $25 so it may be worth giving them a try. They are certainly made from waterproof material but aren't designed to keep you dry inside (hence the name) but since they are pretty tight they may just work.

Thankyou kindly ma'am. I just looked these up. Looks like they run right in between sizes for me. Would you recommend sizing up or down?

Mostly I'd be concerned with having a noticeable accident while not in the pool, or having a diaper that gets soaked, puffs up, and gets destroyed. I can only imagine how that would go. Hence my current reason for avoiding water like a house cat.

I find they fit large so I would go with the smaller size.
