Nice!! That sounds amazing. I have a pretty small farm (backyard). So I do the best with optimizing the space i have. I've never tried growing garlic. I killed some onions and potatoes though. I would love to build a greenhouse. We have pretty short growing seasons in MN so that would really help extend it out a bit.

I like trying to pickle just about anything. Also in recent years I've tried out some new things that looked interesting. Lots of raised flower beds, and compost from the yard. This year I tried upside-down, hanging tomatoes. One plant refuses to let gravity do what it does, and is growing sideways and up.
