Yeah it is sometimes an odd feeling. Its like sometimes i take a breath, look down, and notice that the front of my pants is bit warm/wet/oddly moist.... Other times i note this and its just sweat.... After i bit the bullet and started using nappies, when I do leak urine, its just slight pause of warmth compared to before (and no wet pants).
A few times though, i notice that it is warm and wonder if i leaked...
The 'good thing' about a well-made nappy is that it wicks the moisture quickly. Initially when I used more lousier nappies (ie Depends), whenever I wet it, it felt horrible, very wet, and leaky.
