I just got some of these the other day. I hadn't work Abenas for quite a while. The material was seperating on me and leaking. So I went to X-Plus. I was running out so I went to Ebay and ordered these Abriform m-4 diapers. They are holding up well. If I have to sit to go the tapes work well, and they hold a lot. I can go 6-7 times and it will hold more!. These are the plastic backed ones. Looks like I will switch back!

I have been wearing Abena M4's (X-Plus) most of the time for the past several years, and I agree that they are an excellent product.

I agree the M4s plastic backed work great! I have also found they definetly keep you dryer for longer. Sometimes I have problems with ripping the tapes but other than that they work well. Only had 1 fail on me

For quality, I believe the Abena line is the best. I wear M3 and M4 breifs daily for bladder and bowel issues. They are a top performer in my book. I know the Dry 24/7 has the M4 beat in capacity, but I think the Abena M4 is the best quality performer. It would be hard to judge which is better: the 24/7 or M4?
