Has anyone been diagnosed with cauda Equina syndrome or some form of it? I had a RL4-5, L5-S1 laminotomy and foraminotomy in May of 2021. I'm wondering if my current symptoms could be an extension of this. I'm currently feeling a little pain in my lower back, lots of tingling and some pain in both feet, and bladder retention. I had prostatectomy and bladder diverticulotomy in 2017. I believe my incontinence is a combination of urge, overflow, and stress. I can leak without much warning or sensation that I'm doing so. I also have a lot of heart failure issues. I'm 75 years old, and somewhat hesitant to pursue another health concern. If anyone has experienced similar symptoms I would appreciate knowing how you managed them.
