My IBS has been getting progressively worse. Especially since my kidney transplant. I get a lot of bowel leakage now and Urinary urgency but not incontinence. Most full on bowel accidents happen at night.

Bowel releases while you sleep are the pits because you may not awaken, and the acids and enzymes in feces can erode the skin quickly. Use lots of barrier cream at your bedtime change, and good luck.
