I've gotten a few great deals on panty liners or shields as some would call them. They are the kind with the plastic back and adhesive strip. The ones I've been getting are around 24" long and about 6-9 inches wide. If you poke a bunch of holes in the plastic and lay it inside your normal diaper they really work well. I got a case of a 144 of the attend ones for around 35 bucks with shipping and really liked them they had the same top sheet as the two tape no waistband attends. They also had an hourglass shape.
